Every value on this page arrived through a governed adapter with provenance, or it says STATUS UNAVAILABLE. Nothing here is uptime theater: no invented “live” states, no relative timestamps, and every badge names the absolute moment its evidence was captured — a fresh capture lands here daily, and a capture too old to trust demotes itself.

How to read this page — four evidence clocks

Freshness is not one number. SIGNAL keeps four evidence clocks apart; its own site-build time is shown separately above:

SOURCE-DATA CLOCK
The producer-stated data-through boundary. A newly published artifact can honestly contain older source data.
RELEASE CLOCK
When the producer generated or published the named artifact SIGNAL read.
CAPTURE CLOCK
Every fetch-and-validation attempt, including a failed transport attempt that preserved a still-valid prior capture. SIGNAL VERIFIED is the accepted evidence time, not proof that the producer's data is new.
OBSERVATION CLOCK
When SIGNAL first recorded a distinct normalized state. Duplicate captures do not invent new state changes; see the observed log in the release ledger.

The state stamps are a closed vocabulary — CURRENT is evidence-backed, RESEARCH PREVIEW is the owner's own cap, PROVISIONAL is earned-but-unproven, STATUS UNAVAILABLE is the honest word for a value this site refuses to guess. A responding website proves none of these: HTTP 200 means a server answered, not that a model is current — which is why no stamp here is ever derived from a page merely loading.

A release hash is an identity, not another timestamp. The site-build time above is SIGNAL's own publication clock and does not refresh any sibling evidence.

How this page is built

At build time, governed adapters read each public product's own machine-readable artifacts — Court Signal's evidence and production-truth files, Gridiron Signal's freshness file, Hardball Signal's status file, Rinehart Ratings' server-authored board verdicts. Captured bytes are hashed and archived; records are validated against a strict contract; and any failure falls back to a provenance-stamped manual manifest or fails closed to STATUS UNAVAILABLE. This site never queries a sibling database, never recomputes a sibling's number, and never infers “current” from a page merely responding.
