The audit, completed
A hostile audit ran — and the record shows it
On August 8, 2026 an independent hostile audit froze a pre-repair verdict of WITHHOLD, the defects it named were repaired, and the final certification issued RESEARCH-PREVIEW-RETAINED. The product’s own release notes carry the outcome: “Publication posture: bounded research preview.” Three earlier promotions were reversed, the published corpus counts were corrected downward, and the 2025 season was declared permanently spent as model evidence. The whole arc — including the verdict that went against the builder — is public.
For the 2026 season, identity and role evidence flows now (Role Watch), while play-driven lanes activate only when the upstream source publishes — around September 9. The preseason lane fails closed, because no lawful preseason game data exists anywhere.
Its evidence tiers are strict: SIGNAL (the metric) is a six-axis reliability profile whose overall band is the minimum across axes — an evidence profile for the facts shown, never an accuracy percentage.
