Why you can check it
Every number carries its release
Court Signal publishes two machine-readable truth surfaces alongside the product: a generated evidence file naming the exact release commit, version, and per-family data coverage, and a production-truth manifest whose blocking integrity checks — nine of them at v3.1.2 — must all pass before a release can ship. SIGNAL's status rail reads those artifacts read-only — the same ones any visitor can open.
The benchmark against BPM, PER, WS/48, and VORP-rate ended in a recorded NULL — better than a training-mean control, not proven better than the public metrics — and that sentence ships on the product, not in a drawer. It is not alone: every completed formula pilot to date returned NULL, and the product's own evidence file says so verbatim.
